4moms ships to physical addresses in Canada. We do not ship outside of Canada.
Do orders qualify for free shipping?
4moms offers free Canada Post or Ground shipping to addresses in Canada on orders totaling more than $49. A $7.50 flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders totaling less than $49.
Can orders be shipped outside of Canada?
No. 4moms has distributors in different regions of the world. Please visit the to see where our products are distributed.
Where do 4moms packages ship from?
4moms orders are shipped from Surrey, BC.
How soon will my order arrive?
Most in-stock items are shipped within one business day. Backordered or out-of-stock items will take longer. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same shipment. There may be processing delays during sale events and peak shopping days.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated. Who is responsible for lost or stolen items?
All packages are shipped with a signature required. ALCA Distribution is not responsible for lost or stolen items if the carrier can confirm signature for delivery at the address you entered when placing your order.
Who is responsible if an incorrect / incomplete address is provided at checkout?
If an incorrect/incomplete address is provided at checkout, ALCA Distribution does not take responsibility for any additional shipping costs associated with re-routing an order, or return to sender.


What is 4moms return policy?
Within 30 days of receipt of your item(s), if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused or unassembled item(s) for a full refund of the merchandise value and tax. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an incorrect order or damage.

Are there any products that are non-returnable?
Yes. Soft goods that have been opened are not returnable. For example, mamaRoo seat fabrics, if opened, are not returnable.
